Easy Shrimp Dip

This dip would make a great addition to your #superbowl party and has only 5 ingredients, one of course being tiny shrimp. Yummy to eat and fun to say :) I can't help using a squeaky little voice when I say "tiny shrimp." It adds to the effect if you really draw it out.....tiiiiiny shrimp. Hehehe! Did I mention I'm easily amused? Did you try it in the squeaky voice? If not, go ahead. You cant help but smile right?!
Ok, on to the tiny shrimp dip recipe :)

Ingredients:
1/2 lb longhorn cheese, grated
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp parsley flakes
1 4oz can tiny shrimp,  drained, rinsed and chopped

Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Chill for a couple hours or overnight.
3. Serve with crackers.
4. Try not to use your squeaky voice when someone asks what you made ;)

****notes****
I've not seen shredded longhorn in my grocery stores. Just get them to cut off a 1/2 # chunk in the deli and grate it. You could use other cheeses as well, but the strong flavor of the longhorn cheese goes nicely in this recipe.
The tiny shrimp and most cheeses are pretty salty, so be careful of any add ins that you make so it doesn't get too salty. You could try mozzarella which is a lower salt option.
